    Executive Sous Chef Position at Topgolf

    The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in delivering top-notch, exceptional meals to our guests by overseeing the Kitchen Team and managing all culinary activities at our venue. This role requires expertise in culinary management and effective leadership skills.

    • What You'll Do:
    • Lead the team to provide outstanding culinary experiences
    • Coach and empower the team to boost engagement
    • Assign tasks effectively

    • Supervise inventory and procurement
    • Control food and labor costs within budget constraints
    • Create and refine recipes meeting corporate standards
    • Ensure consistency in recipe execution for top-notch quality
    • Develop presentation techniques and uphold quality benchmarks
    • Design and cost menus for special occasions and chef selects
    • Maintain and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment
    • Implement safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen

    What We're Seeking:

    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in culinary management
    • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a culinary team
    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary qualification
    • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced setting
    • Physical ability to stand, move swiftly, lift items up to 50 lb, stoop, bend, and work in high-temperature conditions
