Job summary
The Community Homes Residential Manager is a creative, flexible, organized, and compassionate leader who ensures that the home they manage is a place of shelter, safety, and serenity for the residents. The Residential Manager trains, guides,and engages with their team of Direct Support Professionals.
- The typical schedule is Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm with one (1) weekend day per month.
- Residential Managers may need to change their schedule based on the needs of the program and workload.
