    Job Description

    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    We are actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a leading provider we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and are excited to welcome a talented individual to our growing team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for at-home management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
    • Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.
    Requirements:
    • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
    • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Proven experience in clinical settings
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Commitment to continuous professional development.
