Vixxo is hiring immediately for a temporary Service Dispatch Coordinator to be based in our Chicago or Dallas office.

Shift: 9:30am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday with Wednesday & Friday off


Pay Rate:
$18/hr.

• $1.00/hr worked between 6pm - 6am
• $1.50/hr Saturdays & Sundays

THE ROLE
The service dispatch coordinator serves as a key liaison between Vixxos clients and internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with the equipment technicians in the field, coordinating all field activities, and communicates directly with the client to ensure accurate communication of requested work status and requirements.

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a key point of contact for equipment technicians and assist in managing their work schedule including scheduling service calls and planned maintenance, communicating with technicians via phone and email, and receiving and dispersing work orders and other documents

Ensure timely repairs by managing not to exceed (NTE) limits, maintaining service level agreements, and communicating any escalations to the Service Managers

Ensure timely and accurate billing of technicians work including timesheet entry for costing and payroll, monitoring and reconciling technical related expenses, and system and manual audits of invoices


QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of two (2) years of experience with dispatching, customer service, and invoice

Basic Microsoft Excel and Word experience

HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, or coffee equipment technical experience is a plus.

Ability to work overtime as needed

High School Diploma or equivalent required
