Prior restaurant opening experience a PLUS

Skill in computer and accounting software: Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table, Onboarding, Payroll & HR systems

Excellent communication and critical thinking decision-making skills

Simultaneously lead staff through daily service while driving quality service and high sales

A love for and appreciation of Mexican culture and cuisine
