    Description

    We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to contribute to our continued growth and success. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for building relationships and achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques
    • Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our equipment
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
    • Attend trade shows to promote our products and services and establish new contacts
    • Provide timely and accurate reports to the sales manager on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar sales role, preferably within the medical industry
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive for success
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events
