    Job Description

    Oversees the strategic management of the Enterprise Customer Communication Platform for non-Marketing communications. Develop roadmaps, functionality goals, platform governance and project plans. Manage the day-to-day activities of three cross-functional Agile teams, work with release management and communicate updates to stakeholders. Evaluate market trends and new capabilities to keep the Communication platform state-of-the-art. Recommend platform enhancements to meet functional objectives and future communication strategic vision. Ensure the Platform meets State and Federal regulatory requirements, Privacy and Compliance guidelines. Collaborate closely with Marketing partners, Experience Design teams, Technology Partners, Content Strategists and Cross-functional Business Line owners to understand future needs and requirements as well as socialize progress. Maintain and refine product backlog; create user stories and acceptance criteria and assists in the prioritization all stories to ensure work efficiencies.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    10 or more years of product management experience

    Four or more years of managerial experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    Thorough knowledge of and experience managing Communications platforms

    Experience with email, SMS (1-way and 2-way) and PUSH communication channels

    Strong Product management background within an Agile organization

    Strong Leadership skills with a successful history of demonstrating cross-functional Management and interpersonal skills

    Independent and self-starter

    Ability to develop and articulate a product vision

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills within team and up to leadership and stakeholders

    Strong financial acumen and decision-making skills

    Detailed with great project management skills and follow through

    Experience working with Marketing and Design teams

    Location Expectations
    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
