    Job Summary: As the Recreation Guest Adventures Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' experience by managing our adventure and recreational activities. This role involves supervising a diverse team, ensuring top-notch guest service, and overseeing the operational aspects of our recreational facilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team across various functions including pool and beach attendants, and adventure activity coordinators.
  • Foster a welcoming environment, anticipate guest needs, and ensure satisfaction with high standards of service.
  • Manage operational aspects including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and financial transactions.
  • Engage with guests to enhance their stay, promoting hotel amenities and ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong emphasis on guest services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
