    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team.

    As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic illnesses.

    This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community.

    Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests

    • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on various health topics
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
    Proficiency in medical imaging techniques

    • Knowledge of hospice palliative medicine principles
    • Ability to triage patients based on their condition and urgency of care
    • Familiarity with occupational health practices
    • Experience in acute care settings
    Master's degree in Nursing or related field

    • 5,000 Signon Bonus
