MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA

Description:
Prepare and communicate with Project Supervisors concerning upcoming jobs

Assess project risks and issue and provide solutions where applicable

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing installations meet or exceed industry standards and company guidelines.

Daily communication with Project Supervisors on their schedules, issues, or questions

Review job performance with supervisor on site regarding safety and quality when job has been completed.

All other duties as assigned


Requirements:
Ability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.

5+ years of experience in commercial roofing production/project management

5+ years of roofing experience in low slope applications (Modified, TPO, PVC, EPDM, Metal, Coatings)

Valid driver's license, in good standing

Proven track record of positive leadership

Employee must be able to walk on roofs, climb ladders and work at different heights

Strong organization and communication skills and high attention to detail

Proficient in adapting to technology and applications
