About The Job
In this role, you will develop cutting-edge web applications using Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using Microsoft technologies
Create automation applications to streamline business processes
Utilize APIs for efficient data exchange
Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server stored procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Ensure scalability and security of applications
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies, and procedures
Develop and upkeep application documentation
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-7 years of experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies
Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with familiarity in Angular, React, and Bootstrap
Experience in developing web applications, automation apps, and API integration
Expertise in SQL Server stored procedures and GitHub for version control
Ability to independently complete projects and develop new applications
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail, goal setting and planning skills
Above average interpersonal skills and ability to engage in active listening
Ability to prioritize and adapt to implement changes
Ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
Understanding of installation, configuration and maintenance of personal computers, networks, servers, and related hardware and software a plus but not required
Knowledge and experience with administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, and Cloud Technologies a plus but not required
Willingness to work a flexible schedule

The compensation for this role varies based on experience and falls within the range of $90,000 to $100,000. These salary ranges are for applicants based in Western New York. Consideration will be given to applicants outside of our geographic area with appropriate ranges provided, based on location.
