    Job Summary:


    ATC Youngstown, a healthcare facility located in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.

    This individual will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to our patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

    The LPN will be a crucial part of our team and play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our patients.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    The selected candidate for this position will receive a competitive salary of $2100 per week, paid weekly.

    In addition to the salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician.
    • Assist in developing and implementing care plans for patients.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient charts and records.
    • Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
    • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.
    • Adhere to all nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a licensed practical nurse in the state of Ohio.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a healthcare facility.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic computer skills.
