    We are a 6-bed mental health residential treatment program located in the Bel Air, California. Typical diagnoses of our clients include depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, delusional disorders, and bipolar disorder.

    We are actively sourcing a combined role of Clinical Director / Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience operating a mental health residential treatment program, and conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

    In addition, deep knowledge regarding DSS/CCL, DHCS, and Joint Commission compliance standards is a requirement. Need to have been licensed for at least 2 years and have experience as a primary therapist. Previuos director of a residential mental health or SUD treatment program is a requirement.

    Successful applicants will have previous experience as a Program Director / Clinical Director / LMFT or LCSW or PsyD of a mental health residential treatment program.

    You must be able to work independently and be a problem solver. You will be given a high degree of autonomy to perform your job.

    Job duties are:

    • Be available to receive calls in case of crises or staff questions. Calls after 6:00 p.m. are rare
    • In the event of a crisis, being on-site will be required
    • Oversee staff and performance
    • Maintain patient satisfaction and prevent non-completion of the program
    • Interview, hire, and train direct support staff
    • Work with the medical director to develop client schedules
    • Ensure the safety of all clients
    • To sustain client and staff morale
    • To coordinate with HR the onboarding of new staff and termination of under-performing staff
    • Ensure compliance with DSS/CCL, DHCS, and Joint Commission regulations
    • Supervise associate therapits (AMFT, ACSW)
    12. facilitate group and individual therapy sessions

    • You will audit charts for quality.
    • You will create a robust clinical schedule.
    The goal is to create an excellent therapeutic program

    Job Type:
    Part time / 10-15 hours

    Salary:
    $55 - $65 per hour

    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday
    On call

    Work setting:
    Hybrid

    Experience:
    Joint Commission Accreditation standards: 2 years (Required)
    Computer and EMR system literacy: 2 years (Required)

    California DSS/CCL regulations for MH programs: 1 year (Required)
    California DHCS regulations: 1 year (Required)

    License/Certification:
    Full California clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD) 2 years (required)
