10+ years of industrial construction/subcontractor management/stakeholder communication/safety supervision/project scheduling
Strong background in industrial construction to include MEP, controls, fire alarm, etc.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to meet deadlines as required to meet project schedule
Extensive knowledge of and experience with building systems and machinery projects
Excellent leadership, communication and supervisory skills, including experience working with all levels of an organization in a professional and positive manner
Ability to develop cost estimates, schedule and analyze TCO
Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients, utility companies, government agencies, architectural and design firms, and subcontractors
