    Job Description

    American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience to work nights in a Level I trauma center CT department.

    Responsibilities
    Inpatient CT department within a Level I trauma center, Stroke Accredited facility
    Work setting includes ER and Adult ICU environments with emergent inpatient needs
    CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and brain perfusion
    3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
    Every third weekend rotation required
    On-call rotation approximately once every 10 weeks
    Perform a full range of CT procedures including brain perfusion, abdomen/pelvis, chest, spine, MSK, and head/neck studies
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
    Respond promptly to emergent situations as part of the on-call rotation
    Facility serves a diverse community and operates as a Level I trauma and Stroke Accredited center
    2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration
    Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
    All time-off and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of submission
    No break required between assignments for representation changes (does not apply to Sterile Processing Techs)

    Requirements
    Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
    Current BLS and ARRT certifications required
    ARRT Advanced certification preferred
    Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment such as a Level I trauma or ER setting
    License required if applicable
