    Position Overview:

    As a Programmer / Analyst you will work on an agile team committed to providing reliable, responsive, secure, and cost-effective tools and infrastructure for the collective success of the business. You will help optimize, document and support IT Tooling and infrastructure components hosted in our on-premises data centers and cloud provided environments. The successful candidate will accomplish this by leveraging their problem solving, technical and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Install, setup, configure and maintain various on-premises 3rd party applications; windows or linux based
    • Onboard, configure and support various SaaS applications
    • Install, configure and support various windows services, web services, IIS based web application, and IIS configurations
    • Identify manual processes and procedures and design and implement automation solutions
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and best practices
    • Provide third-tier support to the operations and support teams; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud or on-premises infrastructure and deployments
    • Ensure systems and software are kept up to date with security patches and updates.
    • Ensure adherence to change control processes.
    • Support the team and business customers with day-to-day requests, change and incident tickets.
    • Coordinates with co-workers, clients, operations, technical support, and vendors

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or technically related field, or equivalent education/experience
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience
    • Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field is acceptable in lieu of work experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Direct experience with installation and maintaining various types of third party applications
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms and products. such as AWS, EC2, RDS, Load Balancer, Route53, IAM Roles, Terraform
    • Knowledge of various CICD tools such as GitHub, CloudBees, Jenkins, Nexus Repository, UrbanCode Deploy, SonarQube
    • Understanding of networking concepts, firewall rules, certificates, SSO, active directory/LDAP, SAML
    • Scripting skills using various technologies such as PowerShell, Python, SQL DML
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Experience working on agile teams
    • Demonstrate the key critical behaviors of commitment to task, communication, customer focus, decision making/problem solving, tolerance of ambiguity, planning, prioritizing, and goal setting
    • Experience working in multiple OS (Windows, Linux)
    • Experience working in various tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365)
    • Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
    • Knowledge of relational databases and concepts
    • Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
    • Asset Management services or related industry knowledge
