    Drain Cleaning Technician – Lead/Supervisor

    Now hiring a Lead Drain Cleaning Technician for our new Drain Cleaning division. Interested in finding a new position with GROWTH OPPORTUNITY. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a stable and reputable home services company.

    As a Lead Drain Technician, responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving drainage issues in residential homes. The Drain Technician will utilize their expertise to identify blockages, leaks, and other drainage problems, implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Resolve all general service calls for clogged or leaking drains.
    • Keep the job site clean and organized to uphold the company's reputation.
    • Troubleshoot drain and waste system issues effectively.
    • Build customer rapport to recommend appropriate products and solutions.
    • Inquire about customer lifestyles to accurately diagnose drain and waste system problems.
    • Inform customers about optimal financing options and maintenance plans.
    • Discuss replacement options for outdated, inefficient, or underperforming drain systems.
    • Comprehend service criteria and consistently exceed revenue goals.
    • Meet daily revenue targets and maintain the required closing rate on calls.

    Qualified applicants have 5+ years of drain cleaning industry experience. We seek a critical thinker and problem solver with strong communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.
