- Works directly with VP of Business Development in pipeline management, sales reporting, marketing initiatives, lead generation and assignments, proposal generation and asset management.
- Assist in implementing changes or additions requested by the Sales and Account Managers and communicate these to internal departments.
- Request and process documentation from external clients, including certificates of insurance, W9's, terms and conditions, and credit terms and requests.
- Ensure receipt and proper filing of signed quotes, tax exemption certificates, and related documents in conjunction with the Sales and Account Management and collaborating with Corporate Services Team.
- Co-manage and maintain ) with Senior Management, Sales Managers, Account Managers, including reporting.
- Co-manage and maintain regarding exhibit order and ICW support, sales lead generation, qualifying and assignment.
- Manage, track, and distribute customer surveys.
- Review and act on IMS Reports as requested and communicate updates.
- Assist Sales and Account managers in verifying discrepancies and resolving billing/invoicing issues.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in business services or better is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of event or business services experience.
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce and MRP and CRM systems; knowledge of similar Sales CRM's will be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines independently.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Effective team player with initiative.
- Participate in related departmental initiatives as assigned.
