Note- Banking or financial experience
Background Platform Support/Engineering, Application Support Engineering, or Application Engineering, strong with PowerShell scripting, Windows Servers, and Service now.
Job Summary: This position will be located at the Madisonville Operations Center.
Will be a member of the Reconciliation squad supporting the Frontier application (financial application).
Will have on-call production support responsibilities 24X7 1 week every 5-6 weeks.
Need to have powershell / batch scripting knowledge.
Need to have windows server knowledge.
Data stage is nice to have, but not a requirement.
Will support the Reconciliation squad by performing/owning various tasks such as weekly maintenance, escheatment, monitoring/replying to a centralized outlook email box that our LOB submits questions, and more.
Help maintain the Frontier application uptime, performance, stability, and scalability.
Attend all agile Reconciliation ceremonies.
Strong software development background.
Knowledge of Service Now is nice to have, but not required.
Experience in software/systems development.
Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
