    Description
    JOB SUMMARY

    Under direct supervision, manage and maintain various end user platforms including Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager/Intune, VMware Workspace ONE for MDM, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 and VDI technologies.

    CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Test new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
    • Review and resolves simple trouble tickets from End User Services or IS Engineering teams
    • Create and update technical documentation
    • Manage and troubleshoot end user applications
    • Manage endpoint device agents
    • Monitor software updates and patch management advertisements
    • Provide reports to the IS team
    • Monitor server and client components
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or a High School diploma and at least 2 years of experience with end-user computing administration
    • Experience supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
    • Experience supporting Windows 7, Windows 10, or Windows 2008/2012 servers
    • Experience with administrative scripts (VBScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.).
    • Experience testing various applications
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience with Mobile Device Management
