    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our government projects/contracts, ensuring successful day-to-day management and overseeing all administrative and field construction activities.

    This role requires a strong understanding of construction contracts, effective communication and coordination with trades, and the ability to manage job costs, work status, and billings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Government projects Construction Management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Understand and interpret construction contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
    • Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities.
    • Supervise and train project team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to complete tasks efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of job progress, costs, and other relevant data.
    • Develop and implement project schedules, change order management, and estimate take-offs successfully.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science degree and a minimum of 5 – 10 years experience in Government projects Construction Management.
    • Prior experience in directing and coordinating construction activities, inspecting, and preparing specifications for material and equipment purchases.
    • Knowledge of Sage Timberline, Primavera Suretrak, and Microsoft Office Suite software, as well as first aid and CPR training.
    • A proven track record of implementing a strong culture of safety on the jobsite and meeting eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The salary for this position is approximately $100,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is FLSA-exempt and requires occasional travel to job sites, off-site meetings, and internal events.
