    Responsibilities:
    • Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
    • Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
    • Proactively building loyalty and longterm relationships with customers
    • Maintaining a clean and organized salon
    • Cash handling, opening/closing business
    • Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma, or equivalent
    • Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
    • Customer service experience
    • Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
    • Proven customer service experience
    • Polished professional appearance
    • Exellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Attention to detail and organization
    • Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
