Exciting Opportunity for Full-Time School Psychologist near Ardmore, Pennsylvania

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time position for the 2024/2025 school year near Ardmore, PA. This is an onsite, itinerant position providing evaluations, Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's), as well as supporting the team through re-evaluations and occasional testing needs.

Position: Full-Time School Psychologist
Location: Near Ardmore, PA
Type: School-Based Contract

Job Description:

• Conduct prehensive psychological evaluations for students to determine eligibility for special education services
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and provide support for students with behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide ongoing support for students with disabilities
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on students' academic, social, and emotional needs
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide counseling services as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in pliance with state and federal regulations

State Requirements (Pennsylvania):

• Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist certification
• Familiarity with state and federal special education laws and regulations
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
