A Security Integration client is looking for a highly capable project accountant to provide our project team with accounting support.

As a Project Accountant, you will be required to report to the location General Manager and work directly with the project management team to prepare accurate billing and reliable financial reports.

This person should have an understanding of the flow of new and retrofit construction project.

This will be important to understand the correlation with subcontractors, deadlines, materials and labor that impact financial statements and billing.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, or similar

3-5 years in a project accounting, or accountant role

Advanced ability in managing General ledgers, journal entries, job cost reports, WHIPS, Month end (over and under billing)

Experience with AIA Billing forms, certified payroll, and understanding concepts of Bond meaning and certificates of insurance

Proficient Excel experience with Pivot tables and V lookups
