Accountant Needed Immediately For Bonita Property Management Company

Condominium and HOA management company is actively seeking an accountant for their firm. Looking for someone with prior accounting experience, minimum 2 years required. Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, highly motivated with great attention to detail. Environment is a relaxed and fun atmosphere with a great team. Job Duties

Analyze accounting data and provide financial reports to management
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries
Document financial transactions
Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Summarize monthly financial status of associations
Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Auditing documents
Reconcile financial discrepancies
Maintain financial security
Comply with federal, state, local and industry specific financial legal requirements
Other accounting duties as needed
