P
osition Overview
:
The Director
of
Operations - Mission Center
is responsible for
overseeing
all a
spects o
f th
e Team Lead team and Overnight team
including
the
management of the
team
P&L
. This role
is responsible for
developing and executing strategies to maximize admissions
into
programs, services, and levels of care offered by
Recovery Centers of America
.
Additional
metrics include revenue, EBITDA,
CPA,
progressions into less intensive levels of care,
compliance requirements,
employee
retention, and patient safety.
The
Director of
Operations
reports into the Vice President of the Mission Center
.
The
Director of
Operations
works collaboratively with executive leadership, frontline staff, and other members of the
senior
management team to ensure organizational targets are exceeded, operational excellence is achieved, patient safety and satisfaction exceed all standards, and all teams are focused on patient safety and success.

Develop strategies and deploy tactics to achieve organizational goals
and financial targets
Drive admissions and occupancy along with operational performance
Exceed revenue targets
at acceptable CPA allotments
Apply business acumen and analytical skills in addition to financial,
operational,
and strategic skills to execute results
Collaborate with
all levels of management and other
stakeholders to resolve
organizational and operational issues
Meet and exceed standards for quality assurance and operational policies and procedures
Provide leadership and support for Directors
, Supervisors,
and Team Leads
Build and
maintain
a culture aligned with organizational values
Responsible for P&L management of
the Shoutout admissions team
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
or
Master's
degree, or an equivalent combination of education and
work related
experience
5
Proven
track record
of managing change in complex environments
Ability to read, interpret, analyze, and prepare business and financial reports
3+ years of site admissions and/or contact center experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Experience managing a team of individuals of varying degrees of experience, while also holding significant individual responsibilities and leading or contributing to multiple projects
Communication with executive leaders of the company in a daily function
Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
