Key Responsibilities:

• Persuade customers to pay amounts due or arrange payment via phone/mail, identifying solutions to refinance accounts & bring them current
• Closely monitor loan requirements with customers ensuring accurate processing of applications & timely documentation

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in basic math. Strong organizational abilities are also required as you'll handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
