- Process Sales Report & Master Airway Bills.
- Record Credit Card Payments and Branch Checks.
- Prepare Various Reports to be submitted to the Head Office.
- Provide training to staff members.
- Process, review, and approve payment entries.
- Correct Sales invoices.
- Make journal entries to record, correct, and/or adjust.
- File documents.
- Communicate with branches, the Head office, and/or vendors.
- Other assignments as required by management.
- Accounting or Finance degree is preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years' accounting experience plus knowledge of computerized accounting system, ability to work with detail, and good organizational skills
- Proficiency in various PC/Windows software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding on basic bookkeeping
- Excellent attention to detail.

Salary: $26.40/ hourly - $27.40/ hourly
This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
