    Description
    Primary function of this position is to direct all aspects of the Warehousing and Distribution Operations.

    This will include the primary functions of multi-site planning, financial budgeting, organizing, staffing, project management leadership, directing overall initiatives and site goals as well as ensuring sites performance in conjunction with our customer's expectations are met.

    The Director of Warehouse Operations will devise strategies and formulate policies in conjunction with top management to ensure that overall objectives are met.

    Works directly with our customers to implement and execute optimization strategies that bring value with company profit goals.

    This position will be the primary customer leadership resource and will ensure that our teams remain focused and aligned with customer expectations and daily deliverables.

    Weekly customer communication interface is essential to ensuring partnership opportunities are created for new business and/or business enhancement. This position requires professional communication, computer, and presentation skills.

    Employee represents the company in a positive image with our employees, customers, and community in a safe and ethical manner.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Management and execution of all aspects of the Warehousing and Distribution Operations while ensuring that value is created for our customers, employees, and the organization.

    Develop and manage team deliverables that exceed customer, financial, and leadership initiatives.

    Ensure through succession planning that employee bench strength and staffing levels is in place to successfully meet and exceed our operational, customer, employee and organizational long term commitments.

    Ensure as the customer focused point of contact that all customer complaints and opportunities for improvement are managed, reinforcing clarity, consistency, and responsiveness.

    Manage the customer accounts ensuring that scope management is always at the forefront of our business delivery and that contract management and renewals are modeled correctly and operationally executable and on-time.

    The Director of Warehouse Operations has direct accountability for the customer review process and submitted results.

    Responsible to drive for improved customer specific pricing strategy options and bottom line results while working with solutions to analyze and improve business processes and value creation.

    Monitor and manage the continuous process improvement programs for on site customers. Responsible for a documented customer and operational site visit agenda measuring results and setting expectations.

    Director of Warehouse Operations will be the primary driver to enforce corporate policy and regulatory initiatives towards associates while ensuring consistent application.

    Drive the transfer of knowledge from sites and share this information regularly. Manage the development and implementation of customer technical functional requirements implementations in conjunction with solution team management. Lead the performance management processes for associates and ensure long term development and stability for all operations. Develop, manage, and implement quality safety programs for all operations that are consistently applied and measured.

    Ensure a quality system is achieved for all operating sites that follow all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 quality certification program.

    Responsible for the design, development and implementation of quality safety programs for all operating sites that meet and exceed our customers expectations as well as Benore Logistic Systems, Inc.

    Other duties may be assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manages various levels of employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.


    Responsibilities include:
    planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and assisting in disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Assists with interviewing, hiring, safety, and training employees.
