- Perform traffic engineering analyses and prepare plans in the disciplines of signing and pavement marking, signalization, temporary traffic control, lighting, and ITS
- Perform traffic modeling and prepare traffic impact analysis reports
- Perform safety and crash history analyses
- Develop transportation designs that mitigate issues and improve safety for roadway users
- Communicate effectively with internal team members, subconsultant partners, and clients
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant traffic engineering experience
- Proficiency with MicroStation and traffic modeling software such as Synchro, HCS or/and Vissim
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong desire to be a key contributor in an outstanding team of industry-leading professionals
