    Senior Financial Analyst

    to support the Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) teams. In

    Everett, WA.

    This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class finance team that plays a crucial role in guiding business decisions and supporting key operations for the world's leading aerospace company.

    The Financial Analyst in this position will play a crucial role in supporting the Everett Delivery Operations for the 737, 767, 777 and 787 programs.

    This position will involve leading financial activities, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the overall success of the Everett Delivery Center.


    The successful candidate will:
    Act as the primary finance focal for Everett Delivery Center (EDC) and interface with the Sr. Directors, 767 and 777 Delivery Operations and other management within the Everett Delivery Center
    Manage the annual budgeting process, including monthly performance reporting, Opportunity & Risk (O&R), and annual budget development
    Coordinate with program customers and Financial Analysis Verticals (Labor, Non-Labor, and Indirect) to ensure accurate financial system inputs and conduct variance analysis
    Be able to integrate with the 767 & 777 programs and Everett site CFO and work with Financial Planning team
    Champion change and actively drive process improvements as part of the Financial Analysis team's ongoing transformation projects

    Position Responsibilities:
    Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines
    Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management.
    Perform general analysis of resource forecasts for annual budgeting
    Reconcile data from multiple sources and performs general support of resource forecasts budgets, functions or pools
    Extract data and compiles routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses
    Develop and maintains cost performance measurement baselines
    Assist in developing business cases using appropriate indices
    This position is hybrid.

    This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance Accounting or a related field
    3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
    3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
    3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    3+ years of experience presenting and communication data in Senior Leadership briefings
    Experience working in or supporting industrial engineering (IE)
    Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills both virtually and in person
    Experience performing variance analysis
    Experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
    Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
    Experience with one or more of the following financial systems: Cognos, Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Enterprise Analysis System (EAS), Cost Schedule Performance Reporting (CSPR), Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS)
