Job summary
The Concierge/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all Information Desk operations, coordination, management and functions.
- Triage all requests from clients in meeting rooms for buildings 19 and 21
- Create spreadsheets in Excel format cell format create formulas insert and delete rows filter data send out weekly CRSS surveys to clients provide information about events in the facility give general directions recommendations on activities local maps information provide concierge services for all events transportation arrangements luggage storage coat check ensure visitors needs are met with hospitality offer taxi services directions as needed monitor change registration tablecloths signage contact security if any individuals are suspected of trespassing suspicious activities behavior communicate closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience perform any or all other duties assigned by management follow CMO GCC Policies Procedures Daily Tasks include review CRSS compile list days events name meeting space distribute Conference Services Team Security complete Door Signs meetings GCC Building 21 library confirm meetings via conference center mailbox when required check General Manager Operations Manager Director Conference Services multiple times throughout day see need assistance work projects greet escort CMO CDC visitors needed guest orientation local area GCC facilities guidance meeting room locations general directions activities recommendations local maps information restock business center back-office copier paper supplies notify Director Conference Services orders need placed proper telephone service techniques PBX operation handling attendees mail messages special deliveries coordinate reservations guest transportation handle luggage storage guests coat check assist General Manager needed assist Director Conference Services needed assist guests questions concerns other duties assigned
