    About the job: Associate Electrical Engineer

    Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid - At least 3 days in the office per week)


    Job Summary:
    As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will have the chance to apply your expertise in building services systems across exciting projects in the US and globally. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential for success. We offer outstanding career growth opportunities.


    What would you be doing?

    • Work closely with clients, architects, and the engineering team
    • Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, reports, and more
    • Manage workload and mentor junior engineers
    • Prepare technical specifications and proposals
    • Ensure project teams meet deadlines and maintain quality
    • Contribute to delivering profitable projects

    What are we looking for?

    • 8+ years of electrical engineering design experience
    • Experience in sectors like Higher Education, Museums, or Commercial projects
    • Bachelor or master's degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification desired
    • LEED AP accreditation preferred
    • Proficiency in Revit and computational analysis tools
    • Strong problem-solving skills and client-facing abilities
    • Ability to propose multiple solutions to clients

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • 8+ years of electrical engineering design experience in the building services industry
    • Competency in software like Revit and computational analysis tools
    • Capability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.) Certification is preferred
    • LEED AP Accreditation is preferred
    • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
