Position Overview:

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental hygiene care to our patients.

Performing oral prophylaxis, polish, periodontal treatment on all patients as needed based on "Standards of Care" guidelines.

Use the intraoral camera on every patient and use the photos to educate patients about their oral health, perform a comprehensive periodontal evaluation, including probe depths, bleeding points, recessions, mobility, furcation, etc.

Identify failing dental restorations, decay, and/or open contact. Discuss any unscheduled treatment with patients using visual tools and verbal skills to educate and motivate them.
When openings arise in schedule, assist with reactivation phone calls, sterilization, stocking hygiene room, etc.
Routine equipment maintenance, flush lines, etc.
Valid state dental hygiene license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dental hygiene role, preferrably periodontal experience
Proficiency in Dentrix dental software
