    The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development will partner with our Advisors to build a referral pipeline with our Choreo Alliance CPA firms. These are exclusive relationships Choreo has negotiated with large national CPA firms across the nation. Choreo acts as a service line to the CPA firm providing their clients with wealth management services. The RVP will work with CPA Partners to identify referral opportunities and facilitate the close of business. This is a great role for a forward-thinking individual who gets excited by growth, is solution-focused, and is passionate about helping their clients get the Wealth Management solutions they need.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Build relationships with CPA partners to communicate the Choreo value proposition.
    • Help to develop, execute, and oversee a networking strategy with individual CPA Partners
    • Promote Choreo's business model to partners, and act as a key ambassador for developing quality business relationships with key influencers (Developing and implementing comprehensive outreach strategies to increase awareness and engagement)
    • Develop an office by office playbook for educating the CPA firm (Creating and implementing tactical outreach plans in the region, to include initiatives that drive Wealth Management referrals and attain Choreo's goals and objectives within the region)
    • Identify new lead sources and manage all communication channels and contact mediums through high impact face-to-face meetings and presentations
    • Work with marketing to deploy seminars, events, thought leadership, and drip campaigns within the CPA firm and with CPA clients
    • Manage prospect pipeline and entire sales funnel for the CPA firms within the region
    • Introducing our Wealth Advisors to the CPAs Partners are confident in our ability to handle their clients with their Wealth Management solutions. Measured by closing Wealth Clients alongside advisors
    • Serving as a liaison to our Wealth Management Advisors by providing initial referral hand-offs and effective follow up if required
    • Using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for all activity tracking, notes, events, and content for a single source of truth for everyone to use
    • Transition Client to Advisor and ensure successful first year onboarding

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred
    • CPA/CFP preferred; At least three years of experience in business development role for a Certified Public Accounting organization is highly desired.
    • 5 years of proven experience in a sales and outreach role within professional services
    • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning
    • Demonstrated ability and skill required to create and manage referral bases within a region
    • Skilled at event planning with strong public speaking skills
    • Preferred Wealth Management or Family Office experience
    • Thorough understanding of the B2B/Professional Service Environment
    • Strong written and oral communication skills; quick to respond
    • Team player with the ability to work independently
    • Highly motived and target driven individual
    • Ability to work well with multiple personality styles
    • Local and regional travel is a required component of this position
    • Strong organizational skills, thriving on independent work, and situational fluency
