Qualifications:
Board Certification:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Experience:
Open to newly trained and practicing physicians, fostering professional growth
Licensure:
Possess an Indiana Medical License for seamless practice
Certifications:
Maintain BLS/ACLS certifications to ensure patient safety
