The Senior Manager Design Engineering is responsible for MOSFET designs and LV team management. The roles primary functions include:

• Management of the LV design team
• MOSFET simulation, mask layout and device characterization
• Work closely with marketing, application, packaging, product engineering, and integration groups to design, develop, and launch new products and next generation platforms
• Support MOSFET reliability and customer return FA

Position Qualifications:

• D. with a strong background of power device physics including VDMOS, trench DMOS and SGT device
• At least 5 years discrete power MOSFET design experience and successfully released one or more cutting edge platforms;
• Deep understanding MOSFET device physics; understanding LV MOSFET applications, manufacture processing, package requirement, device testing and evaluation;
• Multi task handling and effective time management abilities
• Skillful communication and team leadership abilities
