    Associate Account Manager

    Hybrid – Pittsburgh, PA

    Competitive base salary

    Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO

    Some domestic travel may be required (up to 30%)


    LHH Recruitment is working with an award-winning marketing and advertising company that works with several large, well-known consumer and retail brands creating merchandising displays, store fixtures, and kiosks.

    The Associate Account Manager will support one of the firm's most prominent client accounts.

    You'll work closely with the sales team to coordinate the materialization of client solutions, project development, assist in creating strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing daily contact with the client.


    Required Qualifications:
    BA/BS degree.
    3+ years of project management and/or account management experience.
    Experience using project management software.
    Excellent customer service skills.
    Superior oral and written communication skills.
    Experience in or supporting retail in-store, merchandising and marketing preferred.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage new client projects from start to finish ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
    Set up and/or attend client meetings pertaining to upcoming projects or project status meetings.
    Follow through on projects whether in design, estimating, scope changes, distribution, content or production.
    Update and manage distribution list changes and facilitate communication between the firm and the client.
    Maintain client relationships by satisfying their needs and/or requests related to projects.

    This may include resolving scheduling conflicts, ensuring timely and successful delivery of displays according to customer needs and objective, follow through on production counts.

    Expedite project approvals, special customer requests, resolve and report on incoming/outgoing shortage discrepancies.
    Ensure compliance of company policies and adhere to departmental procedures across safety, credit, project initiation, estimating, quality, order acceptance.
    Make certain written quotes are properly prepared and disseminated to clients. Guarantee adequate information is provided to the correct individuals to obtain a delivery schedule commitment.

    Data entry in several systems and forms required for each job as it progresses including design requests, engineering requests, estimate requests, 3D renders, and instruction edits.

    Provide the Production Department with all order details enabling them to perform their duties with efficiency and serve as a liaison between production and the client and vice versa.

    Create and maintain project timelines internally and externally with the client.

    Pay Details:
    $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
