    Job Title: Foreman

    About the Job:
    We are hiring a Foreman to manage field operations for residential remodel projects at Fort Meade, MD. The Foreman oversees construction laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters employed by Sevan Multi-Site Solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage all work conducted by Sevan Solutions construction team
    • Promote Sevan safety culture: maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment; ensure Sevan's safety requirements are met
    • Understand CPM scheduling
    • Ensure project schedule is being met
    • Proactively communicate project-related issues with Project Manager and/or Superintendent
    • Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy
    • Follow Sevan's standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
    • Identify and solve or elevate project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Proven experience as a carpenter, electrician, and/or plumber
    • Hands-on experience in working with materials
    • Punchlist experience
    • Completion of OSHA 10 or ability to complete
    • Ability to interact well with all levels of individuals
    • Willingness to do non-trade specific items
    • Excellent understanding of installation and construction
    • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
    • Ability to read technical documents and drawings
    • Willingsness to always follow safety guidelines
    • Strong understanding of basic math

    Pay & Benefits:
    The anticipated compensation range for this position is $53,000 to $67,000, based on a full-time schedule, market, and business conditions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, and a matching 401K plan.
