- Manage all work conducted by Sevan Solutions construction team
- Promote Sevan safety culture: maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment; ensure Sevan's safety requirements are met
- Understand CPM scheduling
- Ensure project schedule is being met
- Proactively communicate project-related issues with Project Manager and/or Superintendent
- Examine construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Follow Sevan's standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation
- Identify and solve or elevate project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as a carpenter, electrician, and/or plumber
- Hands-on experience in working with materials
- Punchlist experience
- Completion of OSHA 10 or ability to complete
- Ability to interact well with all levels of individuals
- Willingness to do non-trade specific items
- Excellent understanding of installation and construction
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.)
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingsness to always follow safety guidelines
- Strong understanding of basic math
