- Tracking progress of contract activities, providing status updates, compiling and analyzing contract data
- Thorough understanding and application of clinical trial industry practices
- Manages moderately complex contract negotiations with guidance
- Reviewing contract redlines for understanding and intent, making recommendations, and securing additional input as needed
- Serving as a project leader for studies
- Interacting and communicating with internal and external parties
- Administering, extending, negotiating, and terminating contracts
- Examining estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Experience supporting clinical research or similar medical/scientific area
- Good Clinical Practices (GCP) background
- Clinical/vendor agreement and management experience
- Experience in matrix environment with cross-functional experience
- Previous experience in customer-facing role
- Project Management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years working with contracts and/or contract negotiation; or advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Juris Doctorate (JD) a plus
- Bi-lingual proficiency a plus (Spanish, French, Italian, Other)
