    Primary purpose: Support business development by assisting proposal teams to create the proposal schedule, performing research, organizing content, and preparing proposals for submission.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Oversee the proposal team, coordinating efforts and ensuring the team meets adheres to timelines and meets deadlines.
    • Collaborate in planning and approach development.
    • Coordinate scheduling, meeting agendas, and meeting materials for business development and proposal-related meetings.
    • Coordinate bid-decision efforts across decision-makers to support timely next steps in proposal development.
    • File and track proposal materials and deliverables.
    • Delegate proposal-team assignments and track to initial proposal-management plan.
    • Provide regular updates on the proposal process to management, operations, and support staff.
    • Ensure the quality and compliance of final proposal documents.
    • Review and analyze RFP documents to ensure they provide adequate information to prepare budgets and proposals.
    • Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of the proposal process.
    • Contribute to assigned process-improvement initiatives and support their implementation.
    • Demonstrate adaptability to meet demanding timelines.
    • Support progress towards the goals of the Business Development team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree
    • One to two (1-2) years of Project Coordination or other relevant experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Healthcare or Health IT background
    • Experience with government contracts or programs
    • Experience working with government RFx, grants, or proposals
