- Manage all aspects of environmental, health, safety, and sustainable development programs
- Lead the EHS Pillar
- Ensure environmental compliance and performance following regulations and corporate guidelines
- Submit environmental reports
- Promote a safe work environment through program development and training
- Assist in accident investigations and reporting
- Conduct inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective measures
- Facilitate safety committee processes and ensure compliance with regulations
- Administer Workers Compensation functions
- Guide plant compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Provide necessary compliance training to meet OSHA, EPA, and company requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 3 years of management experience
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
- Understanding of Industrial Safety Processes
- Experience in risk assessments and audit leadership

Job Summary
As a key member of the team in Marshall, MO, reporting to the Plant Manager, your role involves overseeing the Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) programs at the plant. Your primary focus is to ensure that operations are conducted in a way that minimizes their impact on the environment and provides a safe work environment free of accidents. Leading a team that supports EH&S programs, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing a facility-wide EHS culture through technical support, program development, and partnerships. Your responsibilities also include delivering training programs to equip managers and employees with the necessary knowledge in workplace safety and environmental practices, promoting safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainability stewardship across all departments.
