Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in processing new business paperwork in a financial office (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with Annuity applications and transfers
• Knowledge of Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts
• Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts
• Preferred Insurance License

Responsibilities:

Our culture revolves around putting client needs first; and excellent client service is at the heart of all our operations. In this role, you will:

• Complete and process all business applications submitted by Advisors
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of forwarded information and forms for insurance/security agencies
• Submit completed applications and forms to the relevant agencies
• Follow-up on pending applications with insurance/security agencies and transfer companies
• Research and resolve application issues
• Address Advisors' requests promptly
• Undertake additional duties as directed by management

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000/year
