    We are currently hiring for a Quality Manager in our Boise location. This position will manage quality assurance and health and safety functions. Duties / Responsibilities Develop and maintain company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Acts as the organization's Management Representative.

    Lead Management Review of the QMS Schedule and manage audits of the company's QMS by customers and third-party registrars Review customer order requirements and ensure they are met Ensure quality requirements are established and flowed down to external suppliersEnsure that manufacturing or production processes meet customer and QMS requirements Lead a robust continuous improvement program that seeks reduced waste & increased efficiencyLead the organization in developing and deploying root cause analysis and critical thinking skills including the use of appropriate statistical tools Manage Quality team members Manage the site's health and safety programs to protect employee health, and drive continuous improvement of our safety culture as well as regulatory requirements Monitor performance by gathering relevant data, producing reports, and making recommendations Qualifications / Training RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance environment.

    Strong analytical and statistical skillsExperience working in and maintaining ISO 9001 quality systems and standards Knowledge of MRP, Syspro, or other manufacturing management systems Background with manufacturing methods, Statistical Process Control, LEAN, continuous process improvement programs and proceduresStrong social & communication skills both verbal and written with solid computer literacyHigh level of emotional intelligence, problem-solving and decision making skillsCandidate should display a high level of enthusiasm, motivation, ambition and have a real passion for their workOccasional travel to suppliers and customers.
