    Job Description


    Position Summary:


    We're on the lookout for a passionate Quality Administrator to lead our quality assurance endeavors, champion ISO certifications, and elevate our commitment to unparalleled customer service.

    Details :
    On-site position, Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM MST)
    $28-$32/hour

    Onboarding requirements:
    Drug Screen


    Responsibilities:
    Ensure accurate reporting and tracking to uphold customer service standards.
    Maintain compliance with Quality Systems requirements for precise record-keeping.
    Monitor and improve ISO Certification processes, documenting procedures.
    Develop standardized work instructions for quality teams.
    Document customers' needs in BIM 360.
    Support the development of Process Failures and Effects Analysis (PFMEA).


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance or related experience.
    Proficient in ISO Certification procedures.
    High School Diploma required; additional training preferred.
    Strong proficiency in office software (BIM360)
    Excellent communication skills.
