    Description
    Yoh is looking for an Inventory Specialist to come in and join our Biotech/Pharma client for their state of the art manufacturing building.

    The ideal individual will come in with inventory management as well as data analytics expereince.

    Industry : Bio Tech/manufacturing (Supply Chain)

    Location : Pleasanton, CA

    Compensation : $23-26/hour DOE
    Schedule : 7:30am-4pm, M-F w/ opportunity for OT

    Responsibilities
    • Perform daily cycle counts in our warehouse/3PLs to ensure inventory accuracy
    • Reconcile and perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies
    • Conduct frequent inventory audits of physical inventory
    • Accurately enter data and perform inventory transactions with Microsoft Excel and ERP with a high level of detail
    • Monitor, analyze, and improve key metrics related to inventory management.
    • Assist in support tasks, projects, and initiatives to keep inventory locations secured, organized, and supplied
    • Comply with all company, environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
    • Maintain and follow inventory controls and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and SOX regulations
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma required; Degree in supply chain or data analytics field preferred
    • 1+ years of experience in inventory management and data analysis
    • Comprehensive, hands on knowledge of inventory control, and data analytics
    • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
