The Health Science Center (HSC) is looking for a Research Assistant to serve as a member of the Department of Neuroscience & Experimental Therapeutics team.
Performs daily health checks of rodent subjects, behavioral assessments of motor, sensory, and psychological functions after injury, maintains excel spreadsheets documenting experiment results, manages computer records from telemetric recordings of animal activity, performs immunohistological assessment of spinal tissue, performs unbiased stereology on the confocal microscope, orders and maintains records of laboratory supplies.
