Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have great communication and customer service skills
Must demonstrate excellent professionalism at all times
Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid Driver's License ( required if driving a company vehicle )
Must have clean criminal background/ and pass drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Attention to detail

is a plus
1-year supervisory experience preferred
Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively

Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time as well as ability to ascend and descend stairs with loads up to 50 lbs.

Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems
Able to answer phones and/or operate a 2-way radio
Impeccable character/integrity
