Job Title: Inspector Packer

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shift, every other weekend off.

The Opportunity:

We seek a motivated Inspector Packer to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect manufactured parts for defects and ensure quality guidelines are met.
• Pack inspected parts according to specified procedures, including labeling, trimming, and sealing cartons.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, stacking and wrapping finished cartons neatly on pallets.
• Communicate effectively in English through spoken and written means, reporting any quality issues to designated personnel.
• Prioritize safety by following company protocols and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• High School degree or GED.

Skills:

• Basic mathematic skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Ability to understand and follow directions consistently and accurately.

Personal Attributes:

• Good attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity for packing and handling materials.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit and/or stand in a stationary position for 40% of a shift.
• Able to walk, with or without an additional weight load.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders for 20% of a shift.
• Able to lift and/or carry 40 lbs. over shoulder height.
• Able to wear proper protective equipment.
• Able to use a trim knife safely and effectively (training provided).
