The Services marketing specialist will have a unique role helping grow our newest business at Luxer One.

You will be part of an entrepreneurial team that is building new services that leverage Luxer One's large and growing footprint.

Who you are:
The Marketing Specialist is a smart, ambitious, and creative go-getter who likes the excitement of new challenges and who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhat you'll do:Your primary responsibility will be to help grow the Services business by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, leads and revenue

This will include:
Developing and executing a marketing calendar that aligns with Services business needs and opportunitiesDeveloping and deploying e-mail campaigns that generate a high volume of leads for the different Services businessesDeveloping and executing a continuous flow of creative engaging social media contentDeveloping creative and engaging collateral that our sales and operations launch teams can use in their effortsConduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

In doing so, you will:
Improve or identify new processes to improve workflows.
Manage marketing project timelinesPrioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
Ongoing marketing agency relationship management and support.
Ideate and coordinate with the marketing design and content teams.

RequirementsWhat you bring to the table:

Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experienceDemonstrated experience being successful in a marketing role in a startup or other fast-moving entrepreneurial environmentsExperience with digital ad platforms (Hubspot, Constant Contact, Salesforce, etc.)Problem-solving mentality with ability to work against deadlinesPractical knowledge of ad campaigns and marketingKnowledge of Adobe Suite (or related digital/print software)Zoho Marketing Suite experience preferredAbility to create appealing email campaigns, social posts, and customer facing collateral.

Some writing experience is preferred.
